Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Gottingen Street location

Salary: Based on experience
Upholding quality standards for coffee and food service and ensuring staff are properly trained on all elements of coffee making as well as coordinating staff training between both SBB locations
Oversee and maintain quality customer service
Evaluate staff performance and smooth operation of the facility
Uphold facility and equipment maintenance in order to ensure safety and efficient workflow for staff and a safe environment for customers
Address any extraordinary requirements for the facility as well as any staff or customer situations that require special attention
Coordinate and collaborate with the General Manager and Bayers Lake facility manager
This position is also in charge of maintaining proper stock levels on all coffee, beer, paper and cleaning related products at both locations.
Oversee and tend to daily floor operations and employee performance
Manage staff workflow regarding service priorities
Ensure customer service standards within the team
Ensure quality standards for coffee and food service
Perform general customer service duties including preparing coffee and food service
Maintain coffee equipment
Manage coffee related staff training
Order coffee and dairy products for both Seven Bays locations
Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance
Order alcoholic beverages for both locations
Order dry goods for both locations
Communicating with staff, customer and facility needs to General Manager
2 years of barista experience
1 year experience in a management position
Previous experience training new baristas
Excellent knowledge of coffee products

Strong interpersonal relations
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Strong sense of organization
Ability to make consistently high-quality espresso beverages and coffee
Have a good understanding of the sport of bouldering (asset)
