The past year and a half has been quite the rollercoaster of emotions. With opening a gym in the middle of a pandemic, lockdowns and capacity restrictions, it’s been quite the ride. We’re happy to announce we’re finally able to host the BIG SEND at our Bayers Lake location on November 13th 2021 (fingers crossed)!
We have a ton of door prizes to give out as well as a $1200 cash pool for our winners!!!

Here’s how it works:
The BIG SEND is a competition designed for all climbing levels. We are resetting the entire gym with competition style problems from V0 to V10 for the qualifiers. From beginners to experts, there’s something for everyone! Qualifiers will be during the day and finals at night. You can expect food and drink specials throughout, sponsors, prizes, DJ, MC and if Covid allows it, we’ll have spectators!
There will be three rounds of qualifiers during the day, one for youth and three for Open. Each round will have 2.5h to complete as many boulders as possible. Each problem will be numbered from 1 to 40 in order of difficulty. The higher the number the more points a problem is worth. Each attempt counts and you lose points after every attempt.
Example:
Problem #1 is worth 100 points if done on the first attempt, 95 points on the second and 91 on third plus all attempts after the third attempt.
Only the top 6 hardest climbs completed will count in your final score. The top 6 Men and Women for the Open Category will move on to compete in finals!
Youth 30$+ tax (15 yrs and under)
Adult Qualifiers 40$ +tax (16 yrs and over)
Registration opens on October 2nd 2021 (REGISTER HERE)
* Finals are from 8PM to 10PM.
* Each qualifying round has a cap of 50 participants.

8:30AM : Check-in for Youth + Group 1
8:50 AM : Technical meeting
9AM to 11:30PM : QUALIFICATION ROUND 1
QUALIFIERS (Group 2)
11:30PM : Check-in for Group 2
11:50PM : Technical meeting
12PM to 2:30PM : QUALIFICATION ROUND 2
QUALIFIERS (Group 3)
2:30PM : Check-in for Group 3
2:50PM : Technical meeting
3PM to 5:30PM : QUALIFICATION ROUND 3
FINALS + SPECTATORS + DJ + MC
7:30PM : spectators enter the gym
8PM to 10PM : FINALS ROUND
